🔁 Return Policy – Ashoka Mobile

At Ashoka Mobile, we prioritize customer satisfaction, transparency, and trust while ensuring fair practices for both buyers and sellers. Please read this Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.


📦 1. General Returns

Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 1 day from the date of purchase.

Condition of Product:

  • The mobile phone must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

  • The handset must not be activated, registered, or tampered with in any way.

Point of Return:
Products must be returned to the same store location from where they were purchased.

Documentation Required:

  • A valid purchase invoice (GST bill) is mandatory for all returns.

  • Return acceptance is subject to mutual verification between the buyer and Ashoka Mobile after checking the product condition.

Important Note:
Products that are opened, activated, or used are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are officially declared DOA (Dead on Arrival) by the respective brand.


⚠️ 2. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

Brand Policy Compliance:
All DOA cases are handled strictly as per official brand policies (Apple, Samsung, Vivo, Oppo, etc.).

DOA Certification Process:

  1. Visit the brand-authorized service center immediately after purchase.

  2. Obtain a DOA certificate confirming that the device was defective upon arrival.

Replacement / Upgrade:

  • Once a valid DOA certificate is issued, the brand will replace or upgrade the handset as per its policy.

  • Ashoka Mobile will assist in the coordination process but is not directly responsible for replacement unless the brand officially confirms DOA status.


📝 3. Additional Terms & Conditions

  • Requests for return/refund/exchange without valid documentation or inspection will not be processed.

  • Accessories, software, or bundled items once unsealed are non-returnable.

  • Any physical damage, liquid damage, cracked screens, or tampering automatically voids eligibility for return or refund.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated only after brand and seller verification, and credited to the original payment method within 7–15 business days after approval.
