The handset must not be activated, registered, or tampered with
Point of Return:
Return directly to the Ashoka Mobile store, Gali No. 2, Raja Park, Near Dodaβs Hotel, Jaipur.
Documentation Required:
Original purchase invoice (bill) is mandatory.
Return approval depends on physical inspection and mutual agreement.
Note:
Products once opened or activated are not eligible for return unless declared Dead on Arrival (DOA) by the brand.
Brand Policy Compliance:
DOA cases follow official brand DOA policies (Apple, Samsung, Vivo, Oppo, etc.).
DOA Certification Process:
Visit the brand-authorized service center.
Obtain a DOA certificate confirming that the device was faulty on delivery.
Replacement / Upgrade:
Upon submission of a valid DOA certificate, the brand will replace or upgrade the handset per their policy.
Ashoka Mobile will assist but is not liable unless the brand confirms DOA status.
Return/refund/exchange without valid documentation will not be processed.
Accessories, software, or bundled items once unsealed are non-returnable.
Physical or liquid damage, cracked screens, or tampering void return eligibility.
Refunds (if approved) are initiated only after brand and seller confirmation, credited within 7β15 working days.
